Your Ward 4 Councillor

Your area Councillor should seek to improve the town in meaningful and responsible ways by working with town council to achieve such goals.

As a 25-year resident of Georgetown running for Ward 4, I would be looking to work with town council to make our community safer, and enhancing our town with opportunities for community engagement. By bringing to the table ideas to enhance our vibrant community would give way to positive improvement for the benefit of our families and children.

Moving Forward With Your Vote

Maintain low taxes to meet responsible fiscal goals by delivering a common-sense budget that puts your family first.

Establish Co-op Housing ownership for young families & senior citizens.

Introduce post-secondary bridging programs toward trade schools, to direct our youth to good paying jobs

Enhancing entertainment events for families and youth

Keeping our neighbourhoods, homes and families safe

Promoting local businesses to ensure stability and prosperity

Open to working with local farmers to secure a more stable food supply for our community

Establish an emergency response plan, consisting of volunteers and neighborhoods, to allow prompt effective communication, and to check-in on residents’ well-being, (i.e. prolonged power outages, or extreme weather events, etc.).

Who I Am

As a father, my wife and I moved to Georgetown 25 years ago to be close to family, and raise our children. Now that they are all grown up, we realized that there is an opportunity for enrichment in our community. I would like to work with council to encourage our town and businesses to look into areas where we can enhance our entertainment and leisure places, so families can do more together, and youth can enjoy more activities.
